Emergency First Aid at Work

This is a 1 day course that is nationally recognised and HSE compliant. On completion of this course, you will receive certification valid for 3 years plus your first aid guide. It is packed with fun and interactive activities which means you will walk away with the confidence to deal with various emergencies. This course is popular with small and low risk environments, right up to larger workplaces.

- Emergency actions
- Child, baby and adult Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Child, baby and adult Choking
- How to use a defibrillator (AED)
- Head, neck and back injuries
- Unconsciousness and recovery position
- Bleeding and burns
