Foundation First Aid
£80 per person
This is a half day course that covers the basics of first aid in an emergency. On completion, you will receive a certificate valid for 3 years and have the confidence to start first aid. This course is ideal for small, low risk workplaces, individuals or for additional staff to support fully trained first aiders.
What it covers:
- Emergency actions
- Child, baby and adult Basic Life Support (CPR)
- Child, baby and adult Choking
- How to use a defibrillator (AED)
- Unconsciousness and recovery position
- Bleeding and burns
