 JET First Aid Training (JET)

Every effort is made to support delegates through the course however, there is no guarantee of  passing the course.

All delegates participate at their own risk.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the course booked meets the requirements for the delegates attending.

If onsite training (at your venue) has been booked and the customers venue is deemed unsuitable to run the course, the trainer has the right to refuse training.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure their venue is suitable.  If this occurs, there will be no refund given and the course fee remains payable.

An onsite (customers venue) venue, the customer agrees to provide a suitable training room that is a clean and safe environment and provides adequate space for the number of delegates attending the course.  The space provided should be safe and meet HSE guidelines for work requirements.  There will need to be space for appropriate training equipment to be set up, including space for the trainer to set up a laptop and their own projector.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm booking on any course with the full amount due 5 working days prior to the start of the course.

Payments for all courses must be paid in full 5 working days before the course start date. JET reserves the right to refuse admittance to the course until full payment has been received.

Free quotations will be confirmed via email and are valid for 7 days.

On booking, an email invoice will be sent to the customer with clear instructions on how to pay.

Certificates will not be issued until full payment is made and the individual has successfully passed the course. Certificates are sent as a PDF via email on successful completion of the course.

JET reserves the right to cancel, and/or amend course dates, times, content and venues.  Every effort will be made to give as much notice as possible and offer a reasonable alternative. JET will not be liable for failure to perform obligations if beyond our reasonable control.

JET may, at any time, without notice, make changes to comply with any applicable Health and Safety or other statutory requirements which do not affect the nature or quality of the service being delivered.

If JET has to cancel a course, or amend the date, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

An organisation or individual can reschedule a course, free of charge, providing JET has been given a minimum of 5 working days notice prior to the course start date.

Non attendance to a course will be considered a cancellation with no notice and the course cost will be due in full.

Late attendance to a course is managed on an individual basis. The trainer has the right to refuse admittance if they deem that too much course content has been missed.  In this case, the full course fee is due and no refund will be offered.

JET reserves the right to refuse admittance to any delegate who it considers unsuitable for any reason.

To fully meet learners needs and requirements, JET should be informed, in advance, to discuss arrangements that can be put in place to support delegates on the course.  

All delegates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the course, this includes, being able to kneel on the floor to demonstrate CPR.

Suitable clothing must be worn due to the physical nature of the course.  High heeled shoes, skirts/dresses etc will not be suitable.
